Rimrock offers a choice between two medical insurance plans; a high deductible health plan and a traditional health plan. Flexible benefits including Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care spending accounts or Health Savings Account are also available.
Dental and Vision Coverage
Dental and Vision insurance is offered to all employees working 30 or more hours per week. Vision insurance is offered at no cost to all full-time employees.
Company Provided Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)
Life Insurance and AD&D is provided at no cost to employees who work 30 or more hours per week.
Voluntary Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance
Long-Term Disability is available for purchase by all employees working 30 or more hours per week. Additional Life Insurance is available for purchase at group rates for employees, spouse of employee, and dependent children of employees.
Retirement Savings Plan 403(b)
All employees are eligible to participate in Rimrock's retirement plan. Once an employee has completed one year of service and 1,000 hours or more, Rimrock will match 50% of employee contributions, up to 7% of their salary. Full vesting of employer contributions after after six years.
Vacation and Sick Leave
Paid Time Off (PTO) is provided to all full-time employees. PTO is a pool of time that can be used for vacation or sick days. PTO is accrued at a rate dependent on length of service.
